In connection with registration (opening an account on the Website or in the Application) a User may also give voluntary consent to processing his or her personal data for the marketing purposes of the Service Provider, their subcontractors, and entities belonging to the Azia Concept capital group, as well as to receiving marketing information from the Service Provider, including offers and promotions referring to the Organiser, at the electronic mail address and the phone number provided by the User. Communication between the Application and the Service Provider’s systems is carried out with the use of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and additional encryption engines.
The use of the Website, the Application and the services it delivers does not expose the User to any specific danger that goes beyond typical risks associated with the use of the Internet. However, we recommend caution and using the software (antivirus programme, firewall) which protects against malware, identity theft and other dangers of the Internet.
The personal data deleted from the Application by the User may be still processed by the Service Provider, even when the Application is uninstalled, if the User still uses the account in the Service Provider’s system for remote order placing (this may occur, for instance, when orders are placed in Azia Restaurants via the Website www.azia.pl).
