AZIA Concept is the only and unique restaurant on the scale of Poland, where the flavors and aromas of Far Eastern cuisine meet on the surface of approx. 1200m2. The chefs coming from the most distant countries of Asia prepare dishes according to the original recipes using only the highest quality ingredients. This modern Asian cuisine, served in beautifully decorated interiors on the original Asian ceramics, takes our guests on a memorable journey through the flavors of Thailand, China and Japan.

3 CULINARY CONCEPTS

The Japanese introduced us, Europeans, to sushi and sashimi – raw seafood and fresh vegetables accompanied by delicious, oriental sauces. Japanese cuisine meets all the requirements of modern cooking – it is simple, very aromatic and low in calories, hence is considered by some to be ideal for everyone who cares about diet.

Thai cuisine is one of the most interesting cuisines in the world. A variety of flavors, from mild to hellishly hot, from coconut milk, through the flavor of lime and coriander to very hot chili pepper – Thai cuisine delights every step of the way. Spicy soups, aromatic satays or curries with seafood and fresh fruits are only a fraction of the flavors that the Asian “land of smile” has to offer.

Chinese cuisine is an extraordinary variety of flavors and aromas. It is considered one of the oldest and healthiest cuisines in the world. It is very diverse and rich in rice dishes, beef, shitake mushrooms and tofu. The Guangzhou dishes are fried in woks, the Sichuan ones are very spicy and cooked in hot pots. Whereas in Beijing a true delicacy are steamed dim sum dumplings.
